Where to start!? Kelsey is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. There have been so many benefits to her training, but the biggest one for me is definitely the way I’ve been able to overcome the low self-esteem that I’ve battled with for my entire life. I feel more confident in myself than ever before, and feel that I’ve gained the tools to make positive lifestyle choices that are going to last.
I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer, teacher, and encourager. She will PUSH you to the limit, making sure that you make the most of every session, that you don’t waste any of your time with her--or any of your time at the gym at all, for that matter. She also makes sure you know that it comes down to how hard you are willing to work, how much you’re willing to sweat it out to reach your goals. Because after all, she’s not always going to be there. She’s really taught me how to develop a lasting work ethic when it comes to exercise and weight lifting. I have come out knowing far more than I could have dreamed of. If you had told me a year ago that I’d be able to do a proper deadlift, or would become passionate about weight training, I wouldn’t have believed you for a second!  
On the nutritional side of things, Kelsey’s program was highly effective. Though the two week detox really did feel unbearable, she was there for me the entire time. For years I thought that changing my eating habits would be impossible, but now I have a very different outlook on what I’m putting into my body. I don’t even crave the foods that I once did.
Kelsey has taught me more things about myself than I could possibly put into words. Investing in her as my personal trainer has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”
