"If you’re looking for a personal trainer that’s got it all – look no further than Kelsey! She not only keeps the training sessions fun, positive and motivating, but thanks to her balanced plan of exercise, healthy eating and life, I have lost over 40 lbs in the past 6 months without losing any muscle (making that 40 lbs PURE FAT!!) The workouts are completely customized for my abilities and goals, and never boring because they are different every day. I’m no gym rat (sadly LOL), and I don’t really like exercising, but I look forward to my workouts with Kelsey. She is such a genuine person who really cares about the well being of others – and it shows!"
